Why can I only view 3 results?
You can also view all results when you are connected from the network of member institutions only. For non-member institutions, we are opening a 1-month free trial version if institution officials apply.
So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?
After searching the name of your article, you can see the references to the article you selected as soon as you click on the details section.

Abstract:

Angioinvasive Pulmonary Aspergillosis: CT and MRI Findings Pulmonary aspergillosis is rare but potentially fatal infectious disease which is seen in immune compromised patients. Most of the cases are seen in patients who used chemotheraphy for hematological malignancies, bone marrow or solid organ transplant patients, patients with primer immune deficiency. The patient's immune system and the morphological changes in lungs determine course of infection. Angioinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis (invasive pulmonary aspergillosis) is usually seen in patients with neutropenia and late diagnosis can be fatal. With this case we discussed the radiological findings and the course of rapid growing pulmonary aspergillosis in a 5 year old patient with acute lymphoblastic leuchemia who applied with neutropenia, cough and high fever. Magnetic resonance imaging findings done to avoid the harmful affects of radiation because of lung roentgenograms and computerized tomography were also discussed.

Angioinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis: CT and MRI findings Pulmonary aspergillosis is rare but potentially fatal infectious disease which is seen in immune compromised patients. Most of the cases are seen in patients who used chemotherapy for hematological malignities, bone marrow or solid organ transplant patients, patients with primary immune deficiency. The patient's immune system and the morphological changes in the lungs determine the course of infection. Angioinvasive pulmonary aspergillosis is usually seen in patients with neutropenia and late diagnosis can be fatal. With this case we discussed the radiological findings and the course of rapidly growing pulmonary aspergillosis in a 5 year old patient with acute lymphoblastic leuchemia who applied with neutropenia, cough and high fever. Magnetic resonance imaging findings made to avoid the harmful affects of radiation because of lung roentgenograms and computerized tomography were also discussed. Pulmonary aspergillosis is a rare, but potentially fatal infection in patients under pressure. The majority of cases are patients who receive chemotherapy-pi due to hematological malignities, patients with bone marrow or solid organ transplantation and children with primary immune deficiency. The infection table depends on the condition of the patient’s immune system or on the structural variables in the lungs held. Angioinvasive aspergillosis (invasive pulmonary aspergillosis) is a state of high mortality if diagnosis is delayed, which usually occurs in severe neutropenic patients. In a 5-year-old child with severe neutropenic disease, which was caused by a complaint of cough and high fever and followed by acute lymphoblastic leucemia, the radiological findings and course of rapidly developing angioinvasive as-pergillosis have been discussed. The findings of magnetic resonance imaging made at different times in order to reduce radiation intake associated with lung graphics and computer tomography often followed were also discussed in the light of the literature.
