SINIF İÇİ ÖĞRETMEN LİDERLİK ÖLÇEĞİ’NİN GELİŞTİRİLMESİ: GEÇERLİK VE GÜVENİRLİK ÇALIŞMASI

Abstract:

Bu çalışmanın amacı öğretmenlerin sınıf içi liderlik tiplerini belirlemeye yönelik olarak hazırlanan Sınıf İçi Öğretmen Liderlik Ölçeği’nin (SÖLÖ) geçerlik ve güvenirliğini incelemektir. Ölçek geliştirme sürecinde yer alan örneklem Gaziantep’te görev yapan öğretmenlerden oluşmaktadır. Toplam 308 öğretmen çalışmaya katılmıştır. Uygulama süreci ardından analiz çalışmaları başlamıştır. Geçerlik çalışmaları için yapı, kapsam ve görünüş geçerlikleri incelemiştir. Yapı geçerliği kapsamında AFA ve DFA yapılmıştır. Kapsam ve görünüş geçerliği için de uzman görüşüne başvurulmuştur. Güvenirlik çalışmaları kapsamında iç tutarlılık katsayıları hesaplanmıştır. Ölçeğin KMO değeri ,878 bulunmuş ve Bartlett testinin istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (χ2=4815,322, sd=861) belirlenmiştir. 58 maddeden oluşan taslak ölçek AFA, DFA ve güvenirlik çalışmaları sonucunda dört faktör ve 34 madde olarak son halini almıştır. Sonuç olarak ölçeğin geçerli ve güvenilir ölçüm aracı olduğu ortaya çıkmıştır.

The development of the teacher’s leadership measurement in SINIF: the development of effectiveness and security

Abstract:

The purpose of this study is to examine the validity and reliability of the Classroom Teacher Leadership Scale (SOLÖ) prepared to determine the classes of teachers’ leadership types. The sample involved in the scale development process consists of teachers who work in Gaziantep. A total of 308 teachers participated in the study. After the process of application, the analysis work began. He has studied the structure, scope and appearance validity for validity studies. The building has been built in the framework of AFA and DFA. It is also asked for expert opinion for scope and appearance validity. The internal consistency rates are calculated in the framework of security studies. The measurement’s KMO value was 878 and it was determined that the Bartlett test was statistically meaningful (χ2=4815,322, sd=861). The draft scale, which consists of 58 articles, ended with four factors and 34 articles as a result of AFA, DFA and reliability studies. As a result, the scale is a valid and reliable measurement tool.

The aim of this study is to examine the reliability and validity of the In-class Leadership Scale (ICLS), which is prepared to determine the in-class leadership types of teachers. The sample in the scale development process consists of teachers working in Gaziantep and Hatay. A total of 566 teachers participated in the study. After the application process, analysis studies have started. The validity of the structure, scope and appearance were investigated for validity studies. Within the scope of construct validity, EFA and CFA were conducted. Expert opinion was applied to the scope and appearance validity. Within the scope of reliability studies, internal consistency coefficients and items analysis were calculated. The KMO value of the scale was found to be .880 and the Bartlett test was found to be statistically significant (χ2=4082.126, sd=630). The draft scale consisting of 58 items was finalized as four factors and 34 items as a result of EFA, CFA and reliability studies. As a result, the scale was found to be a valid and reliable measurement tool.
