Bu çalışmada, öncelikle iktidar kavramı üzerine genel değerlendirmelere yer verilerek, kavramın teorik çerçevesi ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Sonrasında, Foucault’nun iktidar kavramına yaklaşımı ele alınmış ve bunun birleşenleri olan -Foucault’nun da en çok üzerinde durduğu- özne ve iktidar ilişkisine, bilgi ve iktidar ilişkisine, söylem ve iktidar ilişkisine, beden ve iktidar (biyoiktidar) ilişkisine değinilmiştir. Foucault’nun sınırları keskin olarak çizilmiş, genel geçer bir iktidar tanımlamasının olmaması, iktidar kavramını açıklayabilmek adına Focault’nun iktidarın birleşenleri olarak gördüğü birçok farklı kavrama değinilmesini de gerekli kılmaktadır. Ancak çalışmanın kısıtlılığı sebebiyle sadece yukarıda bahsedilen ve en önemli oldukları düşünülen özne, beden, söylem ve bilgi bağlamında iktidar kavramı ele alınmıştır.
In this study, first and foremost, the general assessments on the concept of power were put into place, and the theoretical framework of the concept was tried to be revealed. Foucault’s approach to the concept of power was subsequently discussed, and the combinations of it—which Foucault also stands most on—referred to the relationship of essence and power, the relationship of knowledge and power, the relationship of speech and power, the relationship of body and power (bioicity). Foucault’s boundaries are sharply drawn, there is no general definition of power, and it is also necessary to refer to many different concepts that Focault sees as the units of power in order to explain the concept of power. However, due to the limitation of the study, the concept of power in the context of the substance, body, speech and knowledge, which is only mentioned above and considered the most important, has been addressed.
