Bazı Yerel Buğday Genotiplerinde Verim, Verim Unsurları ve Soğuğa Dayanıklılığın Belirlenmesi

Erzurum Ilıca ekolojik koşullarında 2012-2013 ve 2013-2014 yetiştirme sezonunda yürütülen bu çalışmada 96 buğday genotipi (90 yerel buğday hattı ve 6 tescilli çeşit) kullanılmıştır. Doğu Anadolu Bölgesinden toplanarak daha önceki çalışmalarla saflaştırılan genotiplerin ve tescilli çeşitlerin verim, verim unsurları ve soğuğa dayanıklılık dereceleri belirlenerek birbirleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. İki yıllık ortalama sonuçlara göre, incelenen özelliklerden bitki boyu ve m2’de başak sayısı yönünden yerel genotipler tescilli çeşitlerden daha yüksek; tescilli çeşitler ise verim, başakta tane sayısı ve başakta tane ağırlığı yönünden genel olarak yerel genotiplerden daha yüksek değerlere sahip olmuştur. Kontrollü şartlarda yapılan soğuğa dayanıklılık testlerinde -13 0C’ye 24 yerel genotip ve tescilli çeşitlerin tamamı; -15 0C’ye 2 yerel genotip ve 5 çeşit; -17 0C’ye yerel genotiplerden dayanıklılık gösteren olmamış, ancak 2 çeşit dayanıklılık göstermiş, -19 0C’ye ise yalnızca Alparslan çeşidi dayanabilmiştir.   Anahtar Kelimeler:Buğday, verim, verim unsurları, soğuğa dayanıklılık   Determination of Yield, Yield Component and Cold Tolerances of Some Wheat Landraces   Abstract: Ninety-six wheat genotypes (90 wheat landraces and 6 wheat cultivars)  were used in the study conducted in Erzurum Ilıcaecological conditions during the 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 growing seasons. Grain yield, yield components and cold tolerances of the genotypes gathered from Eastern Anatolia Region and purified in the before studies and wheat cultivars were determined and compared each other’s. While plant height and spike number per m2of landraces were obtained higher than cultivars; number of seeds per spike and grain weight per spike of cultivars were determined higher than landraces according to the average results in two years. All cultivars and 24 genotypes of landraces could be tolerant to -13 0C; two landraces and five cultivars could be tolerant to -15 0C. While any landrace and 2 cultivars could be tolerant  to -17 0C, only Alpaslan bread wheat cultivar could be tolerant to -19 0C.   Keywords: Landraces, yield, yield components, cold tolerance
