Title:Childhood Disability Hyperactivity Disability and Mental Health and Diseases Treatment Summary: Attention Disability Hyperactivity Disorder (DEHB) is a disorder that begins in childhood and with its symptoms, disrupts daily life and consequently affects the quality of life. The purpose of this collection is to provide the points that the Mental Health and Disease Nurses should pay attention to in the care of children and families, taking into account the challenges of children with ADHD in social life areas. DEHB identified children's relationships with relatives, brothers and family members, language and understanding processes, communication and problem-solving skills failure, problems in academic success, difficulties in expressing their feelings, incapacity to manage the feeling of anger, difficulties in living conditions and areas. In addition to pharmacological therapy, psychosocial intervention, parental education and behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, social skills education, school intervention are recommended. Symptoms of anti-social behaviors and criminal behaviors, life issues related courses are also among those recommended. In accordance with the outcomes, the nurses should be informed of children and adolescents, including their participation in the pharmacological, non-pharmacological and therapeutic programmes, as well as their active participation in the child’s family, along with the team understanding.
