The nutritional transition resulting from the urbanization and industrialization process is of big concern due to the direct relationship with the lifestyle of the Brazilian population, which marks an increase in obesity and chronic noncommunicable diseases. Therefore, the aim of this study was to evaluate changes in eating habits and anthropometric profile after nutritional intervention in servers of the Municipal Health Secretariat of Vila Velha. This is a field research, longitudinal, exploratory, interventional, descriptive, before and after, which presents a sample of 30 individuals, aged between 18 and 70 years. Nutritional status was analyzed by collecting data on eating habits, lifestyle, family history, presence of comorbidities and anthropometric assessment. To assess the patients' eating habits, a food consumption frequency questionnaire was completed for nutritional guidance and intervention. The volunteers signed the Informed Consent Form and the work was approved by the Ethics Committee (CAAE 17241819.0.0000.5068). Data were presented from descriptive statistics. Individually followed participants showed satisfactory results for weight reduction (-2.17 ± 0.08), consequently body mass index (-0.83 ± 0.59) and waist circumference (- 6.09 ± 3.91). Both groups showed improvement in lifestyle with the insertion of physical activity and correct food choices. The results of the study highlight the relevance of individual nutritional monitoring for these professionals since their nutritional profile directly affects their health and professional performance.
