Introduction and Purpose: Emergency service is often requested by breast surgeon for traumatic and non-traumatic reasons. Diagnosis and treatment of these patients is very important for the competing clinic over time. We also aimed at examining the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients infected from emergency service to breast surgery. Method and Requirements: In the study, 435 patients hospitalized by breast surgery were scaned retrospective. Patients were examined with the application complaints, diagnoses and prognoses of infertility. The data analysis used the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Sciences) Windows 23.0 program. The average age of patients was 47.63±20.9, 284 (65.3%) were male and 151 (34.7%) female. 269 of the cases (62%) were applied for traumatic causes, and 166 (38%) for non-traumatic causes. The most common diagnosis was pnömotoraks (n: 134) and followed by the isolated coat fractures (n: 73) and massive pleural phosphosis (n: 59). The most common method of treatment was tube toracostomy (n: 180). Only 4 of the patients resulted in exitus. PROTECTION and RESULT: Breast surgery consultation in emergency service is requested in patients affected by respiratory function and requires an urgent torasic initiative or surgery. The most common in these patients is pneumotorax, and the most frequently used treatment is tube toracostomy. As in our study, the effect of early diagnosis and treatment of these patients on mortality is positive.
