Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı öğretmenlerin öğretmenlik mesleğinden okul yöneticiliğine geçişte yaşadıkları sorunlar ve çözüm önerileri getirmektir. Nitel araştırma yöntemi ve durum çalışması deseninde yürütülen bu çalışmaya ilkokul, ortaokul ve liselerde görev yapan toplam 10 okul müdürü katılmıştır. Araştırmanın katılımcılarının belirlenmesinde amaçlı örnekleme yöntemlerinden kolay ulaşılabilir örnekleme kullanılmıştır. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında araştırmacı tarafından ilgili alan yazına ve araştırmanın amaçlarına uygun olarak hazırlanmış yarı yapılandırılmış bir görüşme formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde betimsel analiz kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre, öğretmenlerin öğretmenlikten okul yöneticiliğine geçişte yaşadıkları sorunların mevzuat konusunda, uygulama aşamasında ve velilerle yaşandığı,  öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları sorunları yardımlaşarak ve çalışarak çözdükleri, öğretmenlerin yaşadıkları sorunların, öğretmenleri olumlu olarak etkilediği ve öğretmenlere temkinli olmayı öğrettiği, öğretmenlerin daha etkili bir okul yöneticiliği için okul yöneticisi seçme, yetiştirme ve atamaya yönelik yazılı sınav yapılması gerektiği ve sonrasında da hizmet içi eğitim verilmesi gerektiği anlaşılmaktadır

Abstract:

The aim of this research is to bring teachers to the problem and solutions they experience in the transition from the teaching profession to the school management. The study was conducted in the quality research method and the model of state study, with a total of 10 school directors working in primary, secondary and secondary schools. For the identification of the participants in the study, easy-to-access sample methods were used. In the collection of research data, a semi-configured interview form was used prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant field text and the purpose of the research. Imaginary analysis of data is used. According to the research results, the problems that teachers experience in the transition from teaching to school management in the legislation, in the implementation stage and with the guardians, the problems that teachers experience by helping and working, the problems that teachers experience, the teachers are positively affected and teaching teachers to be cautious, the teachers should be written exam for the choice, training and appointment of the school manager for a more effective school management, and then the service training should be given.

The aim of this study is to present the problems faced by teachers in the transition from teaching profession to school administrators and to offer solutions. A total of 10 school principals from primary, secondary and high schools participated in this study, which was conducted in qualitative research method and case study design. Easily accessible sampling, one of the purposeful sampling methods, was used to determine the participants of the study. In the collection of research data, a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher in accordance with the relevant literature and the aims of the research was used. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the data. According to the results of the research, the problems faced by teachers in the transition from teaching to school management are experienced in legislation, in the implementation phase and with parents, teachers solve their problems by helping and working, the problems experienced by teachers affect teachers positively and teach teachers to be cautious, teachers' school for a more effective school management It is understood that a written examination should be held to select, train and appoint a manager, and then in-service training should be given.
