Abstract:

Echinococcus granulosus is a parasitic disease that is common in our country, often observed in the liver. A 20-year-old male patient was opened to the right main liver channel and was presented with a cyst-guided phenomenon that caused colledocal dilatation at the head of the secondary pancreas. The patient with cholesystectomy, unroofing and cyst excision was expelled on the 3rd day of postoperation. In the control abdominal computer tomography examination, the dilate coledoc image of the missing patient was not met with any problems in the tracking. Cyst hydratic is a disease that is applied as percutaneous drenage or surgical treatment according to its stage, which is rarely opened to the gland channels and can give clinical discoveries with the mass in the secondary colangitis and the main pancreas.
