Abstract:

Prenatal ziyaretler sirasinda A.B.D. kOkenli Afrikali, ispanyol olan adOlesan ve eriskin 691 gebeden olusan Ornek grubu ile gOrfisuldil. ilk Prenatal ziyaretlerinde gebelerin 182 %26 .st, gegen yil iginde fiziksel yada seksuel travma yasadiklanm bildirdiler. AdOlesan gebeler gegen bir yil iginde yuksek bir oranla %31.6 , yetiskin gebelerden daha fazla %23.6 travma yasadiklanni bildirmeleri ile adOlesanlar ye yetiskinler arasmda Onemli derecede farkliliklar saptandi. Gebelik siiresince travma cram yetislcin gebelerde %15.9 iken adOlesan gebelerde %21.7 olarak bulunmustur. Zihinsel travma orani ise yetiskin gebelerde, adolesan gebe lerden oldukga yOlcsek oranda bulundu. Aynca turn bireylerde zihinsel travma durumu, fiziksel travma ile Onemli oranda uygunluk gosterdi
