Abstract:

The aim of this study is to determine the mediation effect of social intelligence on the impact of life satisfaction on work satisfaction in municipal workers.  According to the easy sampling method, the data obtained by surveying the employees in the Giresun center and various municipalities have been analyzed. A total of 255 employees working in the entrance center and various district municipalities have participated in the survey, and 252 survey analyses have been implemented after the elimination of the wrong and missing ones. Participants were asked to respond to 9 demographic factors, 5 life satisfaction, 14 work satisfaction and 21 social intelligence. The data was analyzed using the SPSS 24 program, the Amos 24 program and the Process macros. Regression analysis has found that life satisfaction has a positive impact on work satisfaction, work satisfaction and social intelligence. The study found that the impact of life satisfaction on work satisfaction was the partial mediation effect of social intelligence.
