15 марта 1907 года после пятничной молитвы был убит Капитан Фрегата Трабзона Ферик Хамди Паша старшим лейтенантом Наджи . Было ли это происшествие случайным убийством или же заговором так и остается загадкой по сей день . В заявлениях убийцы - старшего лейтенанта Наджи, нет никаких признаков того, что он был младотурком. В последствии же после провозглашения Второго «Мешрутиета» (Конституционной манархии) младотурки заявили , что Наджи является 7-м членом Комитета «Теракки Джемиети» и утверждали что убийство Ферика Хамди паши связано с Абдульхамидом II. чьи безжалостные приказы ему приходилось выполнять . В заявлениях, сделанных в суде Наджи, который ничего не сказал о юнионизме , стал героем по мнению младотурков и в следствии второго «Мешрутиета» членам его семьи предоставлялась заработная плата. Если обвинения и заявления младотурков верны , то это будет не просто убийством а первым заговором младотурков.
On March 15, 1907, Trabzon Division commander Ferik Hamdi Pasha was killed by Lieutenant Naci at the exit of Friday prayer. Until today, it was not fully understood whether this incident was an ordinary murder or assassination. Neither in the testimonies of the killer Naci nor the other related documents, there was no sign of his being a unionist. However, following the murder, especially after the announcement of the Second Constitutional Era, Unionists defended Lieutenant Naci by claiming that he was a member (Trabzon number 7) of the Committee of Union and Progress and asserted that they killed Ferik Hamdi Pasha because he was close to Sultan Abdul Hamid II and carried out his orders in a cruel manner. Naci, who said nothing about being a unionist in his court testimonies, became a hero of the Unionists. After the Second Constitutional Era, a salary was provided to his remaining family members. If these allegations of the Unionists are correct, it will not be a simple murder, but the first murder of the Unionists.
