Objective: Obstructive Sleep Apnea Syndrome OSAS , which characterized recurrent upper respiratory tract collapse, is shown over 40 years old men in more than 10% incidence, which cause erectile dysfunction that not clearly defined, in 30% with 50% of these men have OSAS. In this study we have tried to reveal the relationship OSAS and ED because of unclear multifactorial etiology. Material and Methods: We have examined 70 patients who could not be treated because of erectile dysfunction; demographic information, gonadal function, lower urinary tract symptoms, comorbidity index and IIEF International Index of Erectile Function -15 form for erectile dysfunction, who applied for sleep disturbance and testing polisomnograpy at polisomnograpy laboratuary.
