Abstract:

Azerbaijan, which has an important place in the Turkish Islamic history, has always been at the center of attention with the beginning of the Middle Ages in a political and cultural sense. In terms of its geographical location, the area surrounded by land from the north to Derbent, in the south to Zencan, in the east to the Hazard Sea, in the west to the Caucasus mountains, has also given great importance with its historic settlement on the silk road in this context. The region under the domination of the pre-Islamic Sasani Empire, by losing its political meaning, could only preserve its name in a geographical sense. and III. From the century to the region the continuing flows of Turkish-language peoples began to increase in the 5th century. As a result, Iran has further strengthened its border lines to get the Turkish people in front of the stream. Azerbaijan, which has been struggling for independence against the colonial states throughout the historic process, with the spread of Islam, has entered the domination of the Arab Hilafet. Thus, the political and economic confusion in the region, which has been ongoing for many years, has been partially reduced during the Emevian period, and an absolute sovereignty in Azerbaijan has begun, and political instability has emerged during the Abbasian period. The XX. From the second half of the century, in Azerbaijan, studies based on the inspection of the medieval history appear to become increasingly important. In particular, the works prepared by the research committee on the subject of the Azerbaijani Academy of Sciences and the Institute of History are of considerable importance in this context. Keeping the scope of this work we’ve prepared limited, the political, social, cultural life of Azerbaijan was studied in the early period of Arab domination within the framework of local and Russian resources. Thus, with a different perspective, the events that occurred in the previous period were also evaluated by part-imaging method.
