Ana dili, her toplum için önemlidir. Çünkü ana dili toplumların kültürünü, geçmişini içeren ve bireyin düşünce dünyasının şekillenmesini sağlayan temel unsurlardandır. Bu nedenle ana dili hâkimiyeti hem düşüncelerimizin şekillenmesinde hem de ait olduğumuz toplumla bütünleşmemizde etkili olmaktadır. Kimlik, kim olduğumuz ve hangi aileye, soya mensup olduğumuzu göstermesi bakımından önemli olduğu için kimliği oluşturan unsurlara karşı olumlu bir tutuma sahip olmak da önem kazanmaktadır. Bu unsurlarda biri, hatta en önemlisi ana dilidir. Ana dili farkındalığı ise, dilin kurallarına uygun şekilde kullanılmasının yanı sıra ana dilinin önemini bilip dilin yozlaşmasının ve unutulmasının önüne geçmek çabasında olmaktır. Tarih boyunca Balkan coğrafyasında farklı siyasi, dinî ve kültürel unsurların baskın olmasının etkisiyle farklı diller dolayısıyla farklı kimlikler ortaya çıkmıştır. Coğrafyadaki baskın unsurlar Balkan Türklerini de etkilemekte ve mensup oldukları kimlikten uzaklaşmalarına sebep olmaktadır. Bu uzaklaşmanın artması ile adı geçen coğrafyada Türklerin geçmişlerini, dillerini ve kültürlerini unutmaları zamanla asimilasyonu doğuracaktır. Balkan Türkleri ile aramızdaki bağlar ana dili, din, kültür ve örf-adet vb. unsurlardır. Bu unsurların devamı söz konusu coğrafyada varlığımızın devamı anlamına gelmektedir. Ancak Balkan coğrafyasında yaşayan ve azınlık durumunda olan Türklerin ana dillerinde eğitim alma, kültürlerini ve dinlerini yaşadıkları ülkede özgürce yaşama vb. konularda engellerle karşılaşmaları özellikle onların kimliklerinin oluşmasında önemli bir sorun olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Bu gerçekten yola çıkarak araştırmamızda Makedonya, Kosova ve Romanya’da Türkçe derslerine giren öğretmenlerden seçkisiz örneklemle gözlem ve görüşme tekniği kullanarak Türkçe öğretiminde karşılaştıkları sorunları tespit edilmeye çalışılmış ve sorunlara yönelik önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
The main language is important for every community. For the mother tongue is one of the fundamental elements that contains the culture of societies, their past and that enables the formation of the world of thought of the individual. Therefore, the mastery of the mother tongue is effective both in the formation of our thoughts and in integration with the society we belong to. It is also important to have a positive attitude towards the elements that make the identity, because it is important to show who we are and which family we belong to soya. The mother tongue is important for every society. Because the mother tongue is one of the basic elements that includes the culture and history of the societies and the shaping of the individual’s world of thought. Since identity is important in terms of showing who we are and which family we belong to, we have a positive attitude towards the elements that make up the identity. One of these elements, even most importantly, is the mother tongue. The main language awareness is to use the language in accordance with the rules, as well asto know the importance of the mother tongue and to try to prevent the corruption and corruption of the language. Through out history, different languages have emerged due to different political, religious and cultural elements being dominant in Balkan geography. Dominant elements in the geography affect the Balkan Turks and cause them to move away from their identity. With this increase in the geography of the Turks in the geography of the past, forget the language and culture; over time will lead to assimilation. The links between Balkan Turks and us; mother tongue, religion, culture and custom-made etc. are the elements. The continuation of these elements means the continuation of our existence in the said geography. In this study, we tried to determine the problems faced by Turkish teachers in M acedonia, Kosovo and Romania by using observation and interview technique in a random sample and suggestions were made for the problems.
