Artan dünya nüfusuyla birlikte, günümüz tarımında üreticilerin mevcut tarım arazilerinden daha fazla ürün elde etme çabasının sonucu olarak kalite, sürdürülebilirlik ve çevre konuları tarım politikalarının temelinde yer almaya başlamıştır. Bu endişeler doğrultusunda, tarımda üretimin ve verimliliğin artmasında üreticilerin gereksinim duyduğu yeni teknoloji, bilgi ve tekniklerin yayımında tarımsal yayım ve danışmanlık hizmetleri önem arz etmektedir. Tarım danışmalarından bilgi ve gelişmelerin takibini yapması ve üretici ile bu veriler arasında köprü görevi kurması beklenmektedir. Bu çalışmada, üreticilerin tarımsal yayım ve danışmanlık hizmetlerine yönelik algıladıkları hizmet kalitesinin SERVQUAL modeli ile tespit edilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu amaç doğrultusunda, Aydın ilinde tarımsal yayım ve danışmanlık hizmeti alan 94 üretici ile yüz yüze anket kapsamında materyal elde edilmiştir. Analiz sonuçları hizmet kalitesinin fiziksel özellik ve güven boyutunun üreticiler açısından en önemli görülen boyutlar olduğunu ortaya çıkarmıştır. Heveslilik, empati ve güvenilirlik boyutlarından ise düşük skorlar elde edilmiştir. Yayım ve danışmanlık hizmetlerinin boyutlar bazında, eşit ağırlıklı ve ağırlıklı SERVQUAL skorlarının negatif olduğu belirlenmiştir.
With the growing world population, quality, sustainability and environmental issues have begun to be the basis of agricultural policies as a result of producers’ efforts to get more products than existing agricultural land. In line with these concerns, agricultural publication and consulting services are highlighted in the publication of new technologies, information and techniques that producers need to increase production and efficiency in agriculture. It is expected that the agricultural consultants will track the information and developments and establish a bridge between the producer and these data. In this study, it is intended to identify the quality of the service that producers perceive for agricultural publishing and consulting services with the SERVQUAL model. In line with this goal, material was obtained in the framework of the face-to-face survey with 94 producers who receive agricultural publishing and consulting services in the province of Aydın. The results of the analysis have shown that the physical characteristics of the quality of the service and the size of confidence are the most important dimensions seen by manufacturers. From the dimensions of enthusiasm, empathy and reliability, low scores were obtained. Publishing and consulting services have been determined to be negative on the basis of sizes, equal weight and weight SERVQUAL scores.

It is expected from agriculture consultancy to follow the information and developments and to act as a bridge between the producer and data. In this study, it was aimed to determine the service quality perceived by the producers for agricultural extension and consultancy services with the SERVQUAL model. For these purpose, material was obtained within the scope of face-to-face survey with 94 producers who received agricultural extension and consultancy services in Aydın. The results of the analysis revealed that the physical quality and trust dimension of the service quality are the most important dimensions for the manufacturers. Low scores were obtained in terms of enthusiasm, empathy and reliability. Equal-weighted and weighted SERVQUAL scores of agricultural extension and consultancy services were determined to be negative.
