Bu yazı “Ahlâk, Tanrı ve Yasa: Din-Ahlak İlişkisi Bağlamında İlahî Emir ve Doğal Yasa Teorileri” isimli kitabın tanıtımını içermektedir. Kitap, ilâhî emir ve doğal yasa teorilerini analiz etmektedir. Bu iki teori, ahlak felsefesinde önemli bir yere sahiptir. Kitap, bu teorileri, Hıristiyan Skolastik düşünce geleneğinden ve modern ahlak felsefesinden seçilmiş örneklerle ele almaktadır. Kitap teorilerin kökenlerini ve gelişimlerini tartışmaktadır. Kitap ahlak felsefesine yeni bir boyut katmaya adaydır.
This article includes the introduction of the book “Ethology, God and Law: Divine Command and Theories of Natural Law in the Context of Religion-Ethical Relationship.” The book analyses the theories of divine commandments and natural law. These two theories have an important place in the moral philosophy. The book deals with these theories with selected examples from the Christian Skolastic thought tradition and modern moral philosophy. The book discusses the origins and developments of theories. The book is a candidate to add a new dimension to the moral philosophy.
The aim of this paper is to review the book, “Ahlak Tanrı ve Yasa: Din-Ahlak İlişkisi Bağlamında İlahî Emir ve Doğal Yasa Teorileri (Ethics, God and Law: Theories on Divine Command and Natural Law in the Context of the Relationship between Religion and Ethics)”. The book analyzes divine command and natural law theories. These two theories have an important place in ethics. The book addresses these theories with examples selected from the Christian Scholastic tradition and modern moral philosophy. The book discusses the origins and development of ethical theories. The book is a candidate to add a new dimension to moral philosophy.
