Çalışmanın amacı Beeri, Ulster ve Gaton’nin (2018) geliştirdikleri Performans Yönetimi Ölçeği’nin (PYÖ) Türkçe uyarlanmasıdır. Araştırma grubu uygun örnekleme yöntemi ile oluşturulmuştur. Araştırma, 2018-2019 sezonunda Beşiktaş Jimnastik Kulübü %56 (n=93) Basketbol Altyapı takımı sporcuları ve Trabzon Ortahisar Kanuni Futbol Kulübü altyapı %44 (n=73) futbol olmak üzere toplam 166 sporcuya uygulanan anketler ile elde edilmiştir. Verilerin çözümlenmesi SPSS 24 ve AMOS programları kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Çeviri- tekrar çeviri ve Lawshe tekniği ile Türkçeye çevirisi yapılan ölçeklerin Açıklayıcı ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör analizleri yapılmış ve Principal Component ve Varimax teknikleri kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda Performans Yönetimi Ölçeği’nin (PYÖ) güvenirlik (Cronbach Alpha) katsayısı 0.909 olarak bulunmuştur. Elde edilen sonuçlar ölçeğin Türkçe versiyonunun geçerli ve güvenilir olduğunu göstermektedir.
The aim of the study is the adaptation of the Performance Management Scale (PYÖ) developed by Beeri, Ulster and Gaton (2018). The research group is created using the appropriate sampling method. The survey was obtained in the 2018-2019 season with survey of a total of 166 athletes, including 56% (n=93) basketball infrastructure team athletes and 44% (n=73) football infrastructure at Trabzon Ortahisar Football Club. Data processing is done using SPSS 24 and AMOS programs. Explanatory and verifying factor analysis of the scales translated into English with the Lawshe technique and the Principal Component and Varimax techniques have been used. The results of the analysis were found that the performance management scale’s reliability ratio (Cronbach Alpha) was 0.909. The results obtained indicate that the Turkish version of the scale is valid and reliable.
