Bu çalışmanın amacı fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin öğrenme güçlüğü tanılı kaynaştırma öğrencileri ile yürüttükleri öğretim sürecinin incelenmesidir. Bu çalışma betimsel bir araştırma niteliğindedir. Çalışma Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı’na bağlı okullarda görev yapan 121 fen bilimleri öğretmeni ile yürütülmüştür. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket ve mülakat kullanılmıştır. Anket 121 fen bilimleri öğretmenine uygulanmıştır. Anketlerden elde edilen bulgular doğrultusunda daha derinlemesine bilgi elde edebilmek amacıyla 18 fen bilimleri öğretmeni ile yarı yapılandırılmış mülakatlar yürütülmüştür. Çalışmadan elde edilen nitel verilerin analizinde içerik analizinden yararlanılmıştır. İçerik analizi ile toplanan verileri açıklayabilecek ilişkilere ve kavramlara ulaşılmak amaçlanmıştır. Veriler kodlar aracılığı ile kategorize edilip ortak temalar bulunmuştur. Yapılan çalışma sonunda fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin öğrenme güçlüğü tanılı kaynaştırma öğrencilerine yönelik farklı uygulamalara yer vermedikleri belirlenmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan fen bilimleri öğretmenlerinin çoğunluğunun öğrenme güçlüğü tanılı kaynaştırma öğrencilerine özel bir deney yapmadıkları sonucuna varılmıştır. Materyal ve kaynak desteğinin olması kaynaştırma uygulamalarının başarıya ulaşmasında etkili olabileceğinden öğretmenlere kendi branşlarına yönelik materyal ve kaynak desteği sağlanabilir.
The purpose of this study is to study the teaching process that the teachers of sciences are conducting with the students of the accumulation recognized learning difficulties. This study is in the form of a visual research. The study was carried out with 121 teachers of science working in schools associated with the Ministry of National Education. As a data collection tool; survey and interview is used. The study was carried out by 121 teachers of science. For the purpose of getting more detailed information according to the findings obtained from the surveys, 18 scientists and teachers of science have been conducted semi-structured interviews. Analysis of data from the study has been used. It is intended to reach the relationships and concepts that can explain the data collected through content analysis. The data was categorized through codes and found common themes. At the end of the study, it has been determined that the teachers of science have not been involved in different practices aimed at the learning difficulties recognized by the students of coaching. The study found that the majority of the teachers of sciences who participated in the study did not do a special experiment with the students of the study of the learning difficulties. As the material and resource support can be effective in the success of welding practices, teachers can be provided with material and resource support for their branches.
The aim of this study is to examine the instructional process carried out by the science teachers with mainstreaming students diagnosed learning disabilities. This study is a descriptive research. The study was carried out with 121 science teachers working in the schools affiliated to the Ministry of National Education. Questionnaire and interview were used as a data collection tool. The questionnaire was applied to 121 science teachers. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with 18 science teachers in order to obtain more in-depth information on the findings of the questionnaire. The qualitative data obtained in the study are analysed with using content analysis technique. It was aimed to reach the relations and concepts that can explain the data collected through content analysis. The data were categorized through codes and common themes were found. As a result of the study, it was concluded that science teachers did not apply a different practice with the mainstreaming students with learning disabilities. Besides, it was concluded that the majority of the science teachers participating in the study did not conduct a specific experiment on mainstreaming students with learning disabilities. Teachers can be provided with material and resource support for their own branches, as material and resource support can be effective in achieving successful mainstreaming.
