Eser, Prof. Dr. İhsan Süreyya Sırma’nın hayatını konu edinen ve sohbet havası içerisindeki röportaj serilerinden meydana gelen nehir söyleşi türünde bir çalışmadır. Eserin içeriğine geçmeden fiziki yapısı hakkında kısaca bilgi verilebilir. Kitap tasarım ve mizanpaj açısından başarılı olduğu gibi kullanılan malzeme bakımından da iyi bir kalitededir. Yapı ve boyut itibariyle eser, süngerli ciltli ve 14x21.5 ebatlarındadır. Mezkûr fiziksel özellikler, okuyuşu kolaylaştırmakta ve eserin içeriğinden istifade imkânını artırmaktadır. Dolayısıyla çalışmada görsellik ve işlevselliğin başarılı biçimde bir araya geldiği söylenebilir. Çalışmanın yazarı ülkemizin önde gelen İslam tarihçilerinden Prof. Dr. Adnan Demircan’dır.
The work is a work in the form of the river speech that is about the life of Prof. Dr. Ihsan Süreyya Sırma and that occurs from interviews series in the conversation atmosphere. It is possible to give a brief information about the physical structure of the work without passing into the content. The book is of good quality in terms of the material used as well as its success in terms of design and mixture. According to the structure and size, the work is sponge-shaped and 14x21.5 sizes. The physical characteristics of the Mezkûr facilitate reading and increase the possibility of accessing the contents of the work. Therefore, it can be said that visuality and functionality in the study are successfully combined. The author of the study is Prof. Dr. Adnan Demircan, one of the leading Islamic historians in our country.
