Günümüzde sigorta sektörü bireylerin ve firmaların maruz kalabileceği birçok riskin yönetilmesinde temel aktörlerden birisi haline gelmiştir. Sağladığı güvence ile ülke ekonomilerinde riskleri minimum düzeye indirerek finansal kayıpların önüne geçmekte ve ekonomik sistemlerde istikrarın sağlanmasında büyük rol oynamaktadır. Bu çalışmada Türk sigorta sektöründe faaliyet gösteren en önemli yabancı sermayeli şirketlerden birisi olan Allianz sigorta şirketinin 2017-2021 döneminde performansının hibrid bir karar modeli ile değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Önerilen model kapsamında ilk aşamada LOPCOW objektif ağırlıklandırma yöntemi ile seçilmiş olan kriterlerin ağırlıkları tespit edildikten sonra ikinci aşamada MOOSRA yöntemi ile alternatifler sıralanmıştır. LOPCOW-MOOSRA karar modelinden elde edilen sonuçlara göre Allianz sigortanın performansının yıllar itibariyle artış eğiliminde olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca sonuçlar Allianz sigortanın Covid-19 döneminde başarılı bir performans ortaya koyduğuna da işaret etmektedir.
Today, the insurance sector has become one of the key actors in managing the many risks that individuals and companies can face. With its guarantees, the country minimizes risks in the economies and prevents financial losses and plays a major role in ensuring stability in the economic systems. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the Allianz insurance company, one of the most important foreign-capital companies operating in the Turkish insurance sector in the period 2017-2021, with a hybrid decision model. In the framework of the proposed model, the weight of the criteria selected by the LOPCOW objective weighting method in the first phase was identified and in the second phase the alternatives with the MOOSRA method were classified. According to the LOPCOW-MOOSRA decision model, the performance of the Allianz insurance has tended to increase over the years. The results also indicate that the Allianz insurance showed a successful performance during the Covid-19 period.
