In this study, it was aimed to determine the organizational creativity levels of teachers working in public high schools according to their perceptions. Mixed sequential explanatory design, in which quantitative and qualitative methods are combined, was used in the research. The quantitative part of the study group consists of 399 teachers working in public high schools in Uşak province, which can be reached through easily accessible sampling, and the qualitative part consists of 15 teachers who voluntarily participated in the research. Quantitative data in the study were collected with the scale of "organizational creativity" and qualitative data were collected with a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. With the research, it was found that the opinions of the teachers working in public high schools on organizational creativity were gathered under four themes as "using new methods, using technology, developing new ideas, trying new ideas and applications" and demographic factors did not make a significant difference in the level of organizational creativity. According to the research findings, it was concluded that the organizational creativity levels of the teachers working in public high schools were high.
