Acute scrotum is defined as acute painful swelling of the scrotum and its contents accompanied by local signs and general symptoms including spermatic cord torsion, torsion of apendicular appendage, epididymo-orchitis and trauma. In this case, we report a 17 years old boy with Duchenne muscular dystrofia DMD attended the emergency service with scrotal pain. Extremely rarely, the patient have testicular torsion with 7 times rotated testis contrary to expectations. Although the data is inadequate, muscular dystrofia may cause torsion because of effecting muscle tissue that takes apart of torsion etiology
