Abstract:

Practitioners in the world of education policy, education services that make a significant, education services initiator, developer and practitioner of teacher education system is one of the basic elements indispensable. The success of the education system, this system will operate depending on the qualifications of teachers and other education personnel is. No training model, that model can not produce services will operate on the qualifications of the personnel. Therefore, in almost every part of the world policy-makers on the basis of the reforms implemented in the education system has placed teachers. These reforms as the basis for teacher training, employment, career advancement and professional development consists of a series of such arrangements. This article applied in various countries of the world system of teacher training, teacher training institutions of teacher candidates to the selection, training, appointment and professional development for teachers to practice policies are examined. Analyzed in the study of the countries of teacher training and selection systems, different teacher training models together is adopted, prospective teachers into schools and teaching programs in the selection of national exams next teacher assesses the skills of writing, interview and performance examinations has been employed. In addition, the practice of pre-service training of the country in general equilibrium established in the practical and theoretical training which provides an intense practice of teacher education practices have been identified.
