Abstract:

In this study, with the aim of determining the variable role of the instrument of organizational commitment in the relationship between the perception of organizational justice and organizational sinism, the relational scan method has been used in which two or more variables are described and profoundly analyzed. In this regard, the universe in which the relations between organizational justice, organizational sinism and organizational commitment are drawn up in the framework of the model created through Structural Equality, is formed by academics who work in the staff of the research responsibility of the Atatürk University. Among other research found in literature, there are very few studies that have been taken to evaluate these three variables together. The study found strong relationships between the organizational justice and the organizational sinism perceptions of the researchers, and after the analysis of structural equality, the organizational commitment was also found to take part in the role of mediation between these variables. From here, the hypothesis of the weakening of the organizational justice perceptions of the researchers at the University of Atatürk has been confirmed that the organizational sinism behavior has a negative impact and that the organizational commitment is also weakened.
