Cerrahi ve dahiliye servislerinde çalışan hemşirelerin işe bağlı gerginlik ve iş doyumu düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi

Abstract:

Amaç: Çalışma cerrahi ve dahiliye servislerinde çalışan hemşirelerin işe bağlı gerginlik ve iş doyumu düzeylerinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapıldı. Gereç ve Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı olarak gerçekleştirilen çalışmanın örneklemini bir üniversite hastanesinin cerrahi ve dahiliye kliniklerinde çalışan 110 hemşire oluşturdu. Çalışmanın verileri araştırmacılar tarafından ilgili literatüre dayalı olarak geliştirilen katılımcıların demografik ve mesleki bilgilerine yönelik anket formu, işe bağlı gerginlik ölçeği ve iş doyum ölçeği kullanılarak toplandı.  Bulgular: Çalışanların “işe bağlı gerginlik” ortalaması 40.97±9.02; “içsel tatmin” ortalaması 40.50±7.82; “dışsal tatmin” ortalaması 25.03±5.71; “genel tatmin” ortalaması 65.53±13.20 idi. Cerrahi servislerde çalışan hemşirelerin işe bağlı gerginlik puanları (37.10), dahiliye servislerde çalışanların işe bağlı gerginlik puanlarından (45.28) düşük bulundu. Cerrahi servis hemşirelerinin içsel tatmin, dışsal tatmin ve genel tatmin puanlarının dahiliye hemşirelerinin puanlarından yüksek olduğu saptandı. Bölüm ile çalışma koşulları arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulundu. Çalışma koşullarını olumsuz değerlendirenlerin %45.7’sinin cerrahi, %54.3’ünün dahiliye servislerindeki hemşirelerin olduğu belirlendi. Sonuç: Hemşirelerin iş gerginliklerinin yüksek, iş doyumlarının düşük olduğu bulundu. Cerrahi servislerde çalışan hemşirelerin dahiliye servislerde çalışan hemşirelere göre iş gerginlikleri daha düşük ve iç doyumları daha yüksek olduğu belirlenmiştir. Çalışma koşullarını olumsuz değerlendiren hemşirelerin çoğunun dahiliye servislerinde çalışan hemşireler olduğu görüldü.

Purpose: The work was done with the aim of evaluating the level of employment stress and work satisfaction of nurses working in the surgical and intrusive services. Tools and Methods: The sample of the study performed as a identificative was made by 110 nurses working in a university hospital’s surgical and intramuscular clinics. The data of the study was collected using the survey form for the demographic and professional information of participants developed by researchers on the basis of the relevant literature, the employment-related stress scale and the job satisfaction scale.  Results: The average of employees' "work-related tension" was 40.97±9.02; the average of "internal satisfaction" was 40.50±7.82; the average of "external satisfaction" was 25.03±5.71; the average of "general satisfaction" was 65.53±13.20. The work-related stress points of nurses working in the surgical services (37.10) were lower than the work-related stress points of nurses working in the internal services (45.28) were found. Internal satisfaction, external satisfaction and general satisfaction are higher than the internal satisfaction of nurses. There was a meaningful relationship between the department and the working conditions. According to the report, 45.7 per cent of those who negate their working conditions were surgical and 54.3 per cent were nurses in their hospitals. The result: Nurses found that their work tensions were high, and their work satisfaction was low. The nurses who work in the surgical services, compared to the nurses who work in the internal services, have been determined to have lower work tensions and higher internal content. Most of the nurses who have been negative to their working conditions have been nurses working in the interior services.
