So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Kırım Hanı Murad Giray'ın (1089/1678-1094/1683) henüz saltanatının başlangıcında giriştiği adli reform teşebbüsü Kırım Hanlığı tarihinin girift hadiselerinden biri olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Han tahta oturduktan hemen sonra adli işlerde, şeriatın yerine "Cengiz Töresi"nin esas alınmasını buyurdu ve kadıaskerlik makamını ilga ederek yerine "törebaşı"nı atadı. Ancak bu reformun devamı gelmemiştir: çok geçmeden Murad Giray, Türkler ile birlikte askeri harekâta katılmak için sultanın ordugâhına geldi. Burada Vani Efendi (V. D. Smimov'un deyimi ile tam bir vavsız evliya idi) adında biri hani bunun şeriata karşı yapılmış bir irtica hareketi olduğuna ikna etti.
