Abstract:

Today, as a reflection of sensitivity on social gender equality, women’s studies have become a frequently studied area. The service sector is part of the service sector and a significant part of the business is focused on women; the tourism sector, in addition to the work-tension structure, also shows the characteristic of women-tension. The number of growth of tourism and the contribution of socio-economic impacts to the development of individuals and the increase in the study of women and tourism facts together. In the study, a bibliometric method and the Vosviewer package program were used to analyze the contents of the concepts of "woman" and "tourism". 3245 studies obtained from the Web of Science data platform have been reviewed. The data obtained was analyzed using the visual maping technique. According to the analysis of homogeneity by key words, six different topics have been identified and grouped as Tourism, Gender, Cross-Border Reproductive Care, Motivation, Sustainable Tourism and Segmentation. The research has been achieved to work in the most type of article. It was determined that the issue of women was studied mainly on the scale of housing enterprises and that the studies began in 1975 and showed an increase after 2010. Research findings show that women in tourism are studied mainly on issues related to glass roof barriers, wage discrimination, their roles in the departments they work and management stages.
