So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Dünyada çatışma ve şiddet olaylarının artmasına bağlı olarak göç eden ve sı- ğınma arayan insan sayısında artış görülmektedir. Türkiye sınırlarına gelen göçmen ve sığınma arayan insanlara uluslararası hukuk kurallarına uygun davranmaktadır. Göçmenler, ülkemizde çalışma hayatlarında dezavantajlı bir konumda yer almaktadır. 6458 sayılı Yabancılar ve Uluslararası Koruma Kanunu’nun 91. maddesi kapsamında, Türkiye’deki Suriyelilere geçici koruma statüsü uygulanmaktadır. Bu yazımızda, geçici koruma altındaki Suriyelilerin Türkiye’deki çalışma hayatında karşılaştıkları sorunlar dile getirilmiştir.
