So many results that aren't mine?

Abstract:

Fournier gangreni genellikle lokal travma, operasyon veya immün sistemi etkileyen hastalıklara bağlı gelişen, gram pozitif mikroorganizmalar, enterik basiller ve anaeroblar tarafından oluşturulan skrotum, penis ve perineyi etkileyen akut enfektif bir gangrendir. Ekim 2001-Şubat 2003 tarihleri arasında kliniğimizde Fournier gangreni tanısı ile tedavi gören 11 olgu değerlendirmeye alınmıştır. Etyoloji 7 olguda ürogenital, 3 olguda anorektal ve l olguda deri kaynaklı idi. Ürogenital nedenler arasında 6 olguda periüretral abse, l olguda sürekli kateterizasyon vardı. Olgularımızda erken geniş rezeksiyon ve geniş spektrumlu antibiyotikler ile %100'lük başarı sağladık.
