Abstract:

Purpose: The first trimester PAPP-A and B-HCG decline in literature has been found to be associated with problems affecting pregnancy prognosis such as abortion, preeclampsia, GDM. Starting from this, PAPP-A <0.4 MoM; B-HCG <0.5 MoM is to study the relationship with abortion, ectopic pregnancy, mortal fetus, preeclampsia, GDM, intrauterine developmental voltage (IUGR), low birth weight baby (SGA), high birth weight baby (LGA), premature action, premature membrane rupture (EMR), premature premature premature membrane rupture (PPROM), cholestase and baby's newborn need. Tools and methods: Bottle Hamidiye Etfal Education Research Hospital in the pregnancy monitoring clinic between 1 January 2014 and 1 July 2014. 489 single pregnancies that apply for the trimester screening test were taken to study, pre- and post-born perinatal records were studied. Results: Preeclampsia was 2.6 times higher in patients with low PAPP-A levels, while preeclampsia was 2 times higher in B-HCG. The risk of pre-action in the high-risk group was 3.2 times higher in the PAPP-A group. There was no meaningful relationship between GDM, SGA, IUGR, EMR and the high-risk group in our study. Preeclampsia was 2.6 times higher in patients with low PAPP-A levels, while preeclampsia was 2 times higher in B-HCG groups. The risk of pre-action in the high-risk group was 3.2 times higher in the PAPP-A group. In our study, there was no meaningful relationship between GDM, SGA, IUGR, EMR and the high-risk group. Discussions and Results: PAPP-A and HCG looked at in the first trimester have been found to be associated with bad pregnancy results in the advanced weeks of pregnancy. The fact that the PAPP-A is <0.4 MoM, the B-HCG is <0.5 MoM and below is associated with preeclampsia, abortion and preeterm action.
