In this study, the economic crises that have a very tremendous impact in the social and political field as well as the economic life have been chronologically examined by dividing into three main periods, prior to industrial capitalism, after industrial capitalism and after 1990 when the speed of globalization has increased significantly. The pre-industrial capitalism crises arise due to speculations in the economy in various forms, but with the birth of industrial capitalism the real sector crises have also begun to occur. In the 1990s, there was a significant increase in the number of crises and the frequency of observations. The study has found that crises have similar characteristics in the forms such as balloon, panic, damp, but it has concluded that if structural measures are not taken against crises, the number and severity of crises will increase.
