İş gören sesliliği, bir kuruluşun işleyiş sürecinin her aşamasında, çalışanlarının fikirlerini, düşüncelerini rahatça söyleyebilmeleri ve yaşanılan problemlerin çözümü için önerilerini rahatça dile getirebilmeleri ile ilişkili bir kavramdır. Sivil Toplum Kuruluşları anlam ve işleyiş bakımından diğer kuruluşlardan farklılaşmaktadır. Sivil Toplum Kuruluşlarında görev alan kişilerin hizmetlerini gönüllülük esasına göre yapıyor olmaları nedeni ile iş gören sesliliği kavramı yerine gönüllü sesliliği kavramı tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışma ile sivil toplum kuruluşlarında görev alan gönüllülerin seslilik düzeylerinin tespit edilmesi, gönüllü sesliliğinin demografik özelliklere göre farklılaşıp farklılaşmadığının ortaya çıkartılması ve sosyal hizmet bakış açısı ile sonuçların ele alınarak öneriler geliştirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırma 12.08.2020- 10.09.2020 tarihleri arasında, Yalova ilinde hizmet veren farklı sivil toplum kuruluşlarında gönüllü olarak hizmet veren kişilere yönelik olarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında 219 gönüllüye ulaşılmıştır. Araştırma analizi SPSS 22.0 paket programı ile yapılmıştır. Yapılan analizler sonucunda katılımcıların gönüllü sesliliği düzeyinin yüksek düzeyde olduğu tespit edilmiştir (3,88 ± 0,74). Yine araştırmaya göre katılımcıların cinsiyetine, yaşına, medeni durumuna ve iş durumuna göre gönüllü sesliliği düzeylerinin istatistiksel olarak farklılık göstermediği (p>0,05), eğitim durumuna göre gönüllü sesliliği düzeylerinin istatistiksel olarak farklılık gösterdiği belirlenmiştir (p<0,05).
Employee voice is a concept associated with the ability of employees to express their ideas, their thoughts and their suggestions for the solution of problems experienced in every stage of an organization’s operating process. Civil society organizations differ from other organizations in terms of meaning and function. The concept of vocationality is preferred instead of the concept of vocationality for people who work in civil society organizations because they are doing their services according to the principle of volunteering. The aim of this study is to identify the levels of voice of volunteers in civil society organizations, to identify whether their voice differs according to demographic characteristics and to develop suggestions by addressing the results from the social service perspective. The study was conducted between 12.08.2020 and 10.09.2020 on people who serve voluntarily in the various civil society organizations that serve in the province of Yalova. The research was conducted by 219 volunteers. The research analysis was done with the SPSS 22.0 package program. The results of the analysis found that the level of volunteer voice of the participants was high (3.88 ± 0.74). The study also found that volunteer voice levels did not differ statistically according to the gender, age, civic status and work status of participants (p>0,05), and volunteer voice levels did not differ statistically according to the educational status (p<0,05).

Non-Governmental Organizations differ from other organizations in terms of meaning and functioning. Since the people working in Non-Governmental Organizations perform their services on a voluntary basis, the concept of volunteer voice was preferred instead of the concept of employee voice. The present study aimed to determine the voice levels of volunteers working in non-governmental organizations to reveal whether the volunteer voices differ on the basis of demographic characteristics, and to develop recommendations by addressing the results with a social work perspective. The research was conducted between 08.12.2020 and 09.10.2020 with a focus on the people volunteered in different non-governmental organizations serving in Yalova. 219 volunteers were participated in the research. SPSS 22.0 package program was used in the data analysis. As a result of the analysis, it was detected that the voluntary vocalism level of the participants was high (3.88 ± 0.74). Similarly, it was determined in this study that the volunteer voice levels of the participants did not differ statistically on the basis of their gender, age, marital status and job status (p> 0.05), while the voluntary voice levels differ statistically according to education level (p <0.05).
