Today, the importance of technology and international trade in terms of national economies is increasing day by day. It is an important issue to benefit from the technological developments at a sufficient level and to increase the export volume by producing according to foreign demand for export. So, the aim of this study is to investigate the effects of information communication technologies and trade liberalization on economic growth. The study was conducted for Emerging Market Economies and covers the years 1990-2020. In empirical analysis we used the PANIC unit root test, ECM cointegration test, AMG coefficient estimator, Emirmahmutoğlu & Köse panel causality test. A cointegration relationship has been obtained between the series that are stationary at order I(1). In the long run, it has been seen that information and communication technologies have positively the effect on economic growth, and trade liberalization has a negative effect. In addition, a bidirectional causality relationship was obtained between the variables in the panel causality results.
