Organizational environment and work place conditions are changing. Adapting to recent conditions is the only way to compete. Business process reengineering (BPR) is mainly re-organizing the work processes. BPR changes the methods of process organizations, the roles of the practitioners, the structure and order of process levels. BPR converts business activities to processes. BPR, focusing the process itself, helps setting alternative methods to reach the defined goals. Process focused structure which also takes the inter-organizational relations into consideration is very important for internal - external customer satisfaction. The purpose of the study is to avoid crises with environmental adaptation, to increase productivity and to reach total quality goals after radical changes. Apart from being an engineering issue, BPR is a matter of organizational communication with regards to environmental analysis, information management, organizational culture and values and involvement.
