Ağız; aynı dil içinde ses, şekil, söz dizimi ve anlamca farklılıklar gösterebilen, belli yerleşim bölgelerine veya sınıflara özgü olan konuşma dilidir. Ağızlar gelişigüzel kurallardan ibaret değildir. Her biri o dilin gelişme ve değişme eğilimlerini gösterir. Bu bakımdan ağızlar geçmiş ile günümüz arasında köprü görevini üstlenmiş birer kültür aktarıcısıdır. Son dönemde yazılı ve görsel iletişim araçlarının en ücra köşelere kadar girmesi, okuryazarlık oranındaki artışlar sebebiyle ağız özellikleri kaybolmaktadır. Bu bakımdan Anadolu ağızlarının en kısa zamanda derlenmesi ve dil özelliklerinin incelenmesi gerekmektedir. İzmir ili ağızları ile ilgili yapılan çalışmalar oldukça sınırlıdır. İnceleme alanımıza giren ilçeler ve köyleri ile ilgili çalışmaları taradığımızda dil alanında ciddi çalışmaların yapılmadığı tespit edilmiştir. Bu çalışmalarda da daha çok yerel araştırmacılar tarafından bölgenin tarihi, coğrafyası ve ekonomik durumu incelenmiştir. Tezimizde, ağız araştırmalarına katkı sağlamak ve önemli ağız özellikleri taşıyan İzmir’in Ödemiş, Kiraz, Beydağ ilçeleri ağızlarını belirlemek amaçlanmıştır. Başlangıçta sadece Ödemiş ilçesi üzerine bir çalışma yapmayı planladık. Ancak bölge ağzının konuşuru olmamız sebebiyle iç içe geçmiş ağız özellikleri bizde bu üç ilçeyi birlikte ele almanın doğru olacağı kanaatini oluşturdu. Bu çalışmamızda Ödemiş, Kiraz ve Beydağ ilçeleri ağızlarının temel özellikleri üzerinde durularak bu ağızların Türkiye Türkçesi ağızları arasındaki yeri hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Şimdiki zaman ekinin kullanımına göre tespit edilen dört ağız bölgesinin ayırt edici özellikleri ortaya konulmuş, ağız bölgelerine ait birer metin örneği verilerek çalışma ağız bölgesi haritası ile desteklenmiştir. Örneklerin yanında verilen numaralar tezimizdeki metin ve satır numaralarını göstermektedir.
The mouth is a speaking language that is characteristic of certain settlements or classes, which can show sound, shape, word series and meaningful differences in the same language. The mouth is not just the rules of development. Each of them shows the tendencies of the development and change of that language. In this regard, the mouths are a cultural translator that has taken over the role of the bridge between the past and today. In recent period, the entrance of written and visual communications to the closest corners, due to the increase in reading rates, the oral characteristics are disappearing. In this regard, it is necessary to compile the Anadolu mouths as soon as possible and to study the language characteristics. The work on the mouths of Izmir is quite limited. When we scan the work related to the districts and villages that entered our area of examination, it was found that no serious work was done in the language field. In these studies, more local researchers have studied the region’s history, geography and economic situation. In our thesis, it is intended to contribute to oral research and identify the mouths of the Payed, Kiraz, Beydağ districts of İzmir, which carry important oral characteristics. At first, we were planning to do a work on a paid area. But because we are the speaker of the region's mouth, the inner-in-internal mouth characteristics have created the idea that we should deal with these three districts together. In this study we have provided information about the place between the Turkish Turkish mouths of these mouths, focusing on the basic characteristics of the Payed, Kiraz and Beydağ districts. The distinctive characteristics of the four mouth areas identified according to the use of the current time supplement have been revealed, a text example of the mouth areas has been given and supported by the work mouth area map. The numbers given alongside the examples indicate the text and line numbers in our thesis.
A Dialect is the spoken language that may show differences within the same language in terms of sound, shape, syntax and meaning and also unique to certain residential areas and classes. Dialects don’t consist of random rules. Each of them demonstrates the development and change tendencies of that language. In this regard, dialects are culture transmitters which take the task of acting as a bridge between the past and the present. The dialect of features have begun to disappear recently due to the increase at literacy rates as well as written and print production tools reaching out the back of the beyond. In respect to these Anatolian dialects must be compiled and language features must be examined urgently. The studies in relation to Izmir dialect are quite limited. It has been determined that no serious studies have been done in the towns and their villages of our area of interest after our investigation. With in the studies, the researches mainly focus on the history, geography and economy of the region. In our thesis, it was aimed to contribute to dialect researches and determine the dialectal features of Beydag, Kiraz, Odemis of Izmir province having significant features. In the beginning we planned to conduct a study only about Odemis district. However, as we being speakers of the dialect of this region, it gave us the opinion of dealing with all three towns’ dialects interconnected to each other. In this study, by emphasizing on the main features of dialects which is used in Ödemiş, Kiraz and Beydağ, the place of these dailects among Turkish dialects has been informed. According to the usage of present continious tense suffix, distinctive features of four stated dialect areas are revealed. This study has been supported by dialectal area maps by giving examplary texts of texts for each examples. The numbers given along with the examples represent the line and text numbers.
