Abstract:

Bu çalışmada bir pirazol karboksilik asit türevi olan 4-(etoksikarbonil)-1-(3-nitrofenil)-5-fenil-1H-pirazol-3-karboksilik asit (1) bileşiğinin bazı yeni türevleri sentezlendi. Bunun için, 1 bileşiğinin çeşitli alkollerle reaksiyonundan ester türevleri (3–6), amonyak ve üre ile reaksiyonundan ise sırasıyla amit (7) ve üreid (8) türevleri elde edildi. Ayrıca 1 bileşiğinin dekarboksilasyonu ile de yeni bir pirazol türevi (9) sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapıları, FT-IR, 1H NMR ve 13C NMR spektroskopik yöntemleri kullanılarak aydınlatıldı.

Abstract:

In this study, some new derivatives of the 4-(etoxicarbonyl)-1-(3-nitrofenyl)-5-fenyl-1H-pirazole-3-carboxylic acid (1) compound were synthesized, a pyrazole carbonic acid derivative. For this purpose, from the reaction with various alcohols of the 1 compound, ester derivatives (3-6), and from the reaction with ammonia and urethra, respectively, amith (7) and urethra (8) were obtained. In addition, a new pyrazole derivative (9) was synthesized with the decarboxylation of the 1 compound. The structures of the synthesized compounds were illuminated using FT-IR, 1H NMR and 13C NMR spectroscopic methods.
