Abstract:

This study aims to apply the seven principles for a good educational environment together with the collaborative learning of the 6th-class material in the educational structure unit. The research is a semi-experimental scheme with a pre-test-final test applied control group. The research was carried out with 56 students studying in three branches of the 6th grade of a secondary school in the center of Erzurum province. In the collection of the data, the Seven Principles Dimensions (YÖ) and the Half-Configured Interviews Form (YYMF) were used. Expert opinion for the validity of data collection tools has been requested and necessary arrangements have been made. The Cronbach Alfa reliability ratio is defined as α=.78. Imaginary statistics for the analysis of data; frequency, percentage values and short-lived statistics; one-way ANOVA, quarry analysis ANCOVA and effect size are considered to the value η2. According to the ANOVA and ANCOVA analysis of the data obtained from the YÖ, it has been found that the seven principles were successfully applied in the 6th class material's tanectical structure unit (p<.05). In addition, the students’ opinions showed a significant difference in the benefit of the seven principle groups.
