Abstract:

Bu araştırmanın amacı, turizm sektörünün en önemli paydaşlarından olan turist rehberlerinin sürdürülebilir turizme yönelik tutumlarını ölçmektir. Araştırma evrenini Trabzon Bölgesel Turist Rehberleri Odası’na (TRO) kayıtlı eylemli turist rehberleri oluşturmaktadır. Bu kapsamda, turist rehberlerinin sürdürülebilir turizm anlayışını ortaya koymak amacıyla Arslan Ayazlar (2016) tarafından güvenilirliği ve geçerliliği kanıtlanmış Sürdürülebilir Turizm Tutum Ölçeği’nden (SUS-TAS) yararlanılmıştır. TRO’ya kayıtlı 73 eylemli rehber ile anket uygulaması gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgular neticesinde, araştırmaya katılan turist rehberlerinin sürdürülebilir turizme yönelik olumlu bakış açısına sahip oldukları anlaşılmıştır.
