References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.

Abstract:

Objective: This study was to analyze and describe the training loads of young football players. Methods: Eleven participants with mean age of 15.9 (± 0.56) years, 63.41 kg (± 6.19), 175.82 cm (± 5.46) and 11.87% (± 2.64) of fat. After 30 minutes of each training session the athletes reported the Subjective Perceived Effort (PSE). The values were stored in the "E-trimp" application. Were evaluated 28 training sessions and from these data, the application automatically calculated the average of the PSE of the sessions of each athlete, the weekly load, the monotony, the strain and the weekly load in the 28 sessions evaluated. Additional analyzes were performed in the program "SPSS 20.0. Results: of the 28 training sessions evaluated, 4 were on Monday ( PSE=6,3), 7 on Tuesday ( PSE=5,3), 5 Wednesdays ( PSE=6,16), 8 Thursdays ( PSE=6,0) and 5 Fridays ( PSE=5,5) The lowest training load was 1409.09 U.A (week 1) and the highest 3100 U.A (week 8). The largest load monotonies were observed between the 3rd and 5th week (5.31 U.A - 6.06 U.A). The highest strain indicators were 14970.2 U.A (week 3) and 14300.5 U.A (week 6). Conclusion: the PSE method of the session can be a good option for the management and control of the perceptual loads of training in young athletes.
