So many results that aren't mine?
References in many bibliographies are sometimes referred to as "Surname, I", so the citations of academics whose Surname and initials are the same may occasionally interfere. This problem is often the case with citation indexes all over the world.
How can I see only citations to my article?

YUNANİSTAN BORÇ KRİZİ VE ENDÜSTRİ İLİŞKİLERİ SİSTEMİNE ETKİSİ
2019

Abstract:

2007 yılında ABD’de ortaya çıkan finansal kriz, kısa sürede 2008 Küresel Finansal Krizi haline dönüştü. Avro bölgesine ulaşan kriz, ekonomik durgunluğa ve borç krizine yol açtı. Avrupa ülkeleri krizden farklı şekillerde etkilendiler. Krizden minimum derecede etkilenen Almanya’nın yanında krizden ağır şekilde etkilenen Yunanistan da yer almaktaydı. Yunanistan borç krizinin üstesinden gelmek üzere Avrupa Komisyonu (EC), Avrupa Merkez Bankası (AMB) ve Uluslararası Para Fonu (IMF)’den oluşan Troyka ile anlaştı ve Troykanın dayattığı kemer sıkma politikasını uyguladı. Bu politika, Yunanistan endüstri ilişkileri sisteminde emsali görülmemiş değişikliklere yol açtı ve işçilerin endüstri ilişkileri sisteminin karar mekanizmasından tamamen tasfiyesi ile sonuçlandı. Yunan politikacıların krize karşı vaktinde tedbirler almamaları, borç krizinin doğurduğu yükün önemli bir kısmının Yunan işçi sınıfı üzerinde kalmasına yol açtı. Troykanın bütün bu destekler karşılığında Yunanistan’ın, içinde işçi temsilcilerinin yer almadığı bir endüstri ilişkileri sistemini kabul etmesi, ekonominin rekabet gücünün sadece işçilerin sistemden dışlanması yoluyla sağlanması göstermektedir ki bütün iktisadi krizlerin çözümünün, günün sonunda, işçinin omuzunda kalması bir evrensel liberal iktisat yasası haline gelmiştir.

Greece's debt crisis and impact on the system of industrial relations
2019
Author:
Abstract:

The financial crisis in the United States in 2007 soon turned into the 2008 Global Financial Crisis. The crisis in the Eurozone has led to economic stagnation and debt crisis. European countries have been affected by the crisis in different ways. In addition to Germany, which was at least affected by the crisis, Greece was also seriously affected. Greece has agreed with the European Commission (EC), the European Central Bank (ECB) and the International Monetary Fund (IMF) to overcome the debt crisis and implemented the Belt Stretching Policy imposed by the Trojan. This policy led to unprecedented changes in the Greek system of industrial relations and resulted in the complete discharge of workers from the decision-making mechanism of the Greek system of industrial relations. The failure of Greek politicians to take measures in time against the crisis has led to the fact that a significant part of the burden caused by the debt crisis remains on the Greek working class. The fact that the Trojan, in return for all these supports, has accepted a system of industrial relations in which the representatives of the workers are not included, and that the competitiveness of the economy is provided only by the exclusion of the workers from the system that the solution of all economic crises, at the end of the day, has become a universal liberal economy law.

Greece Sovereign Debt Crisis and Its Impact On Industrial Relation System
2019

Abstract:

The financial crisis emerged in the USA in 2007 turned rapidly into 2008 Global Financial Crisis. When it reached at Eurozone countries, it triggered economic recession and consequently sovereign debt crisis. European countries were affected differently from the global crisis. While Germany was affected minimally from the crisis, Greece was affected severely from the crisis in Eurozone and Greece maximally stood side by side in Eurozone. To overcome its debt crisis, Greece came to an agreement with Troika, consisting of European Commission, European Central Bank and International Monetary Fund, on the austerity measures imposed by the Troika and put such measures into effect. Austerity measures had created an unprecedented change on Greek industrial relation system and ended with the elimination of Greek working class from the decision-making mechanism of industrial relation system. The burden created by the crisis stayed on the shoulders of Greek working class because of that Greek politicians failed to take timely measures against the crisis. In return of full financial support of Troika, Greece’s approval of an industrial relation system in which there is no active worker representation and ensuring competitive power of economy by excluding trade unions out of industrial relations system indicate that it is a universal liberal economics law that solution to all financial crisis remains on the shoulders of working class at the end of the day.
