Abstract:

In the formation of self, the physical characteristics of the person, the family in which he is born and raised, the education he receives, the influence of many complex structures, such as the society to which he is connected. Self-respect is a system built with time, supported by different dynamics. The changing system of values, technological innovations, rapidly growing cities, people’s self-esteem, whether or not, are influenced. The person enjoys life, has a high motivation, confidence, etc. If there is no self-respect. This study will try to reveal the impact of the stories in the Grandfather's Book of Fear on self-respect. The literary works that go into national memory reflect society while actually reflect the individual that forms society, the personal “I” as well. In this study, it has been tried to understand the effects of these acids on fert. For the study on 18 March 2019-5 April 2019 300 students have been applied the Rosenberg Self-respect Scale and 16 subjects with low self-respect have been identified. From 16 to 8 April 2019 to 17 May 2019 in the dates of the 6 weeks of Dede Korkut Book, Dirse Han Son Boğaç Han Destanı, Kam Püre's Son Bamsı Beyrek Destanı, Kazan Mr. Son Uruz Mr. Destanı, Duha Koca Son Deli Dumrul Destanı, Kanglı Koca Son Blood Tural Destanı and Begil Son Order Destanı were read and again the Rosenberg Self Respect Measure was applied. The data of the study was analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 package program. According to the results obtained, the stories in the Grandfather's Book of Fear have been found to have a significant impact on the participants' self-respect.

Self-esteem is a must for Enjoying life, high motivation, self-confidence, etc.. In this study, the effect of the stories in Dede Korkut Book on self-esteem is attempted to be revealed. While literary works engraved in the national memory reflect the society, they also mirror the individual “I” who forms the society. In this study, the effect of these flows on individuals was tried to be understood. To do this, Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale was applied to 300 students between March 18, 2019 and April 5, 2019, and 16 subjects with low self-esteem were identified. Dirse Han Son Boğaç Han Epic, Kam Püre's Son Bamsı Beyrek Epic, Kazan Bey's Son Uruz Bey's Epic, Duha The Epic of Husband's Deli Dumrul, Kangli's Epic Blood Tail and Begil Son Emre's Epic from the Dede Korkut Book were read to 8 of 16 subjects between 8 April 2019 and 17 May 2019, for 6 weeks, and Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale was applied again. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 package program. According to the results obtained, the stories in Dede Korkut Book was found to have an important effect on the participants' self-esteem.
