In the words of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, “The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said, ‘The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: A total of twenty-six works of Ali Dede Bosnevi, linked to the Ibn al-Arabi ekol, were identified, one in Arabic and five in Turkish. Our knowledge of the Qur’an. No. 4024 is related to the Tasavvufî manzûma on the subject of the soul, which is located between the 46a-53b assets. Ali Dede Bosnevî is an important 16th-century (1007/1598) sufi author,  and a dedicated follower of Khalwati order (also known as Khalwatiyya, Khalwatiya, or Halveti, as it is known in Turkey). Ratified by Nureddînzâde Şeyh Muslihiddîn Mustafa Nûrî Efendi, caliph of Sofyalı Bâlî Efendi, he acted as sheikh of the Khalwati monastery, near to the sepulchre constructed for Suleiman the Magnificent (The Lawgiver Suleiman) and accordingly he is referred to as “sepulchre sheikh” in the literature. Ali Dede Bosnevî, frequenter of İbnü’l-Arabî School, is known to have a total of twenty six literary works, consisted of eleven Arabic and fifteen Turkish literary works respectively. The subject of this paper is a sufi poem on “rûh-ı nâtıka”, author of which is registered as Şehzâde Korkut on leaf no. 46a-53b under No. 4024 in Nûruosmâniye Library. As a result of the research we have conducted on Şehzâde Korkut, it came our attention that the wording and style of the poem is different from the other poems of Şehzâde Korkut.  On the other hand, the fact that we are acquinted with a self-contained reseach paper, which discusses the link between the said poem and translation of Ali Dede Bosnevî  for Rûh Kasîdesi authored by Ibn Sīnā (Avicenna), and claims Ali Dede Bosnevî to be the original author of the poem,  called our attention to Ali Dede Bosnevî rather than Şehzâde Korkut. However, the obvious similarity between the poem in question and the relevant literary works of Ali Dede Bosnevî corroborate the claim that it is authored by Ali Dede Bosnevî.  In this poem composed as a reply in kind to Kasîde-i Rûhiyye of Ibn Sīnā (Avicenna), entrance of “rûh-ı nâtıka (wandering soul)” into body and descriptions of soul are discussed. This paper discusses particularly the quesiton whether the said poem is originally authored by Ali Dede Bosnevî, and its importance in sufism.
