Ağır Metal Stresi (Cd) Altında Yetiştirilen Trigonella foenum-graecum L. Bitkisinin Bazı Büyüme ve Fizyolojik Parametrelerinin İncelenmesi

Araştırma, 2019 yılında Van Yüzüncü Yıl Üniversitesi, Ziraat Fakültesi, Tarla Bitkileri Bölümü’ ne ait tam kontrollü bitki büyütme odasında yürütülmüştür. Deneme, 2 kg toprak kapasiteli 1/3 kum, 1/3 perlit ve 1/3 toprak karışımı olarak hazırlanmış plastik saksılarda, Tesadüf Parselleri Deneme Deseni’ ne göre 4 tekrarlamalı olarak düzenlenmiştir. Araştırmada, beş farklı kadmiyum dozu (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 mg/L CdS04) kullanılmıştır. Çalışmada, temel büyüme parametrelerinden bitki boyu (cm), kök uzunluğu (cm), kök ve gövde yaş ağırlığı (g), yaprak ağırlığı (g) ve yaprak sayısı (adet) gibi parametreler ölçülerek bitki fidesi kök, yaprak ve gövde kısımlarına ayrılmış ve bazı mineral madde içerikleri (Ca, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb ve Se) ile fizyolojik parametrelerden Malon Di Aldehit (MDA) ve Askorbat peroksidaz enzim aktivitesi (APX) miktarları belirlenmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda kadmiyum stresinin tüm bitki gelişim parametreleri ile MDA ve APX miktarları üzerinde istatistiksel olarak önemli etkide bulunduğu, artan kadmiyum dozlarında MDA ve APX miktarının arttığı tespit edilirken, diğer parametrelerde azalmaların olduğu belirlenmiştir. Ayrıca, kadmiyum dozlarının, incelenen mineral madde içerikleri üzerine bitki aksamları arasında istatistiksel olarak önemli farklılıkların olduğu belirlenmiştir.

Abstract:

The research was carried out in 2019 in the full-controlled plant breeding room that belongs to the Van Hundred Years University, Ziraat Faculty, the Department of Farm Plants. The test, prepared as a mixture of 1/3 sand, 1/3 perlit and 1/3 soil with 2 kg of soil capacity, was arranged 4 repetitively according to the random Parsellers Test Design. In the study, five different doses of cadmium (0, 25, 50, 75, 100 mg/L CdS04) were used. In the study, by measuring the parameters such as plant length (cm), root length (cm), root and body age weight (g), leaf weight (g) and leaf number (ad) from the basic growth parameters, plant fertilization was divided into roots, leaf and body parts and determined the quantities of Malon Di Aldehit (MDA) and Askorbat peroxidase enzyme activity (APX) from the physiological parameters of some mineral content (Ca, K, Na, Mg, Fe, Zn, Mn, Cd, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb and Se). The study found that kadmium stress has a statistically significant impact on all plant development parameters and MDA and APX amounts, while increased kadmium doses have increased MDA and APX amounts, while other parameters have reduced. Additionally, the doses of cadmium have been determined to have statistically significant differences between plant axes on the mineral content of the study.
