Abstract:

The purpose of this research is to examine the views of school managers and classmates working in schools on the guiding services in schools. In the study, the value of KMO developed by Tenhan (2010) as a data collection tool is not feared.967 and (?2=5158,584; p?.000). The 28 outcome questions were used "The scale of perception relating to the School Psychological Consultant". The universe of the study consists of 2750 teachers and managers in the 2014-2015 educational and teaching year, working in 79 primary and 80 secondary schools within the Van municipality borders. The sample of the study consists of a total of 56 managers and 202 teachers who work in 16 primary and secondary schools selected by the curry. SPSS statistical program is used for data analysis. The research found that the studies on educational guidance were more focused on information seminars aimed at improving students’ academic achievements, and more emphasis was given to test practices than the studies on personal-social guidance. In addition, the work aimed at the promotion of schools in the field of professional guidance has been achieved to the results as well as the cooperation in the implementation of the guidance program on the work carried out in the field of school management, the informational seminars on various topics have been organized with the parents.
