Amaç Çalışmamızda, küçük hücre dışı akciğer kanser olgularında, video yardımlı torakoskopik lobektomi ile açık torakotomi lobektomi sonuçlarını karşılaştırdık. Materyal Metod 2017-2019 yılları arasında küçük hücreli dışı akciğer kanser tanısı ile lobektomi yapılan 269 olgu geriye dönük olarak tarandı. VATS lobektomi (VATS Grup) ve torakotomi lobektomi (Torakotomi Grup) olgularının sonuçları, hastanede kalış süresi, ameliyat sonrası erken dönem komplikasyonlar, tümör çapı ve tümör evresi yönünden karşılaştırıldı. Sonuç 89 (%33) olguya VATS lobektomi yapılırken 180 (%67) olguya torakotomi lobektomi yapıldı. VATS Grubunda hastanede kalış süresi, Torakotomi Grubundan daha kısa olarak bulundu (4 güne karşılık 5,5 gün p<0.05). VATS Grubunda ortama tümör çapı, Torakotomi Grubuna göre daha kısa bulundu (2,66 cm’ e karşı 3,97 cm p<0.001). Ameliyat sonrası erken dönem komplikasyonlar VATS Grubunda istatistiksel olarak anlamlı şekilde kısaydı (n=15 (%16,8) e karşılık n=58 (%32,2) p<0,021). VATS Grubunda ameliyat sonrası erken dönem komplikasyonlar daha az, hastanede kalış süresi daha kısadır. VATS lobektomi daha çok 3 cm’ den küçük tümörlerde tercih edilmektedir. (SETB-2020-05-061)
In our study, we compared the results of open toracotomy lobectomy with video-assisted toracoscopic lobectomy in small noncellular lungs cancers. The material method was scaned backward for 269 cases of lobectomy with diagnosis of small-cellular lung cancer between 2017-2019. The results of VATS lobectomy (VATS Group) and toracotomy lobectomy (Torakotomy Group) were compared in the direction of the duration of hospital stay, early postoperative complications, tumor diameter and tumor stage. The result was 89 (33%) cases were VATS lobectomy, while 180 (67%) cases were toracotomy lobectomy. The duration of hospital stay in the VATS group was found shorter than the Torakotomi group (4 days for 5.5 days p<0.05). The medium tumor diameter in the VATS group was found shorter than the Toracotomy group (2,66 cm vs 3,97 cm p<0.001). Early postoperative complications were statistically significantly shortened in the VATS group (n=15 (%16,8) and n=58 (%32,2) p<0,021). Early after surgery complications in the VATS group are less, the duration of stay in the hospital is shorter. VATS lobectomy is preferred in tumors of less than 3 cm. (SETB-2020-05-061)
