Son yıllarda özel sektör başta olmak üzere kamu sektörü de önemli ölçüde dijital dönüşüm sürecinin bir parçası olmuştur. Bu dönüşüm ve gelişim sürecinde hem özel sektör hem de kamu sektörü çeşitli uygulamalarla süreci kendi açılarından en iyi şekilde yönetmeyi, bununla birlikte vatandaşlara ve/veya paydaşlarına en iyi hizmeti sunmayı hedeflemişlerdir. Güçlü finansal yapılarıyla ön plana çıkan sivil toplum kuruluşlarından biri olan Konya Ticaret Odası’nın dijital dönüşümde sağladığı katma değer ve bulunduğu yapının pandemi öncesi ve sonrası dijital dönüşüm süreci bu çalışmada incelenmiş olup dijital dönüşüm sürecinin başta Konya Ticaret Odasına ve paydaşlarına nasıl bir katkı sağladığı değerlendirilmiştir.
In recent years, the public sector, especially the private sector, has been a significant part of the digital transformation process. In this transformation and development process, both the private sector and the public sector aimed to manage the process in the best way from their own point of view with various applications, and to provide the best service to citizens and/or stakeholders. The digital transformation process before and after the pandemic of the added value provided by the Konya Chamber of Commerce, which is one of the non-governmental organizations that stand out with its strong financial structures, was examined in this study and it was evaluated how the digital transformation process contributed primarily to the Konya Chamber of Commerce and its stakeholders.
