Abstract:

With the view that the performance of the fabric and the fabric structure are significantly affected by soluble tensions in this study, the impact on soluble tensions of the spot frequency, the number of the spot wire, the type of tissue and the percentage of the measurement points along the threshold has been experimentally and statistically studied. For this purpose, two different threads, seven different tissue types and four different threads frequencies touched the tissue. In the specified texture conditions, the solved tensions are measured in five areas. Thus, the relationship between the tension and tissue parameters that form the basis of this study has been determined. The statistical assessments were made using the Design-Expert 6.0.1 package program. Variance and regression analysis was performed to investigate the effect of the area factors on soluble voltage of the tissue type, the number of thinning thread, the frequency of thinning and the area of the measurement points along the lab, and separate equations for each tissue type were obtained.
