In this study, theses made in the field of Occupational Health and safety in Turkey at the master's and doctoral levels were examined according to their subject and types. The study was conducted using a qualitative research design and document review method. Of the 1585 master's and doctoral theses reached in the field of occupational health and safety, 1496 consist of master's and 89 doctoral dissertations. The subjects of public health, labor economics and industrial relations, industrial engineering, law and accidents constitute the most studied doctoral dissertations. Some of the subjects with the least number of doctoral dissertations are tourism, forestry and forest engineering, geodesy and photogometry, maritime and public relations. The most studied master's thesis subjects are public health, labor economics and industrial relations, law, civil engineering and industrial engineering. It is thought that this study will contribute to researchers in determining the subject in future studies, literature review and similar studies.
