Abstract:

Language researchers called the words archaeological, belonging to ancient times, but nowadays changing structures, units or objects. In this context, the oldest written documents that the Turkish can reach are VII. In the century, it was the story of the newly-developed writers. During the ancient history of Turkish, the position in many different geographies has made differences in terms of existence. Every difference is the history of the richness of the Turkish. In this time cover, many words are either forgotten or left their place to other words. The works written in historical periods for the identification of forgotten words used in the ancient periods of the Turkish language, from now on, are an important document. The grammatical examination of the words in the texts is very valuable in terms of indicating the changes that occur in historical periods. Historic texts have rich materials in terms of the archaeological objects they host in them. Many works created in historical periods are a rich source of application for literature and language researchers. In the text and in the daily language of speech, the horse-minded archaeological words bring to the depth of history and provide information about society. They contribute to the knowledge of their traditions, cultural values, social structure and life. In this study, the archaeological words in the 72nd edition of Hamzaname were addressed and the areas of use of the words identified were shown. In order to identify the meaning and variability of the archaic words in the work, which has a rich word treasure, the subject has been tried to be concretized in the light of examples.
